Specification of PC sheet:
Light transmission:excellent light transmission(up
to 88% of light transmitted through).When exposed under sunshine,there
are no yellow,hazing or/and poor light transmission caused.
Weather resistance:the
ultraviolet-resistant coextruded film on the surface prevents them
from resin fatigue and yellowing caused by ultraviolet of sunshine.The
Chemical bond on the coextruded film absorbs the ultraviolet and
then turn it into visible light.It has a stable effect on plant
photosynthesis.
Impact resistance:The impact strength of PC sheet
is 250-300 times of the ordinary glass,20-30 times of the alkali
glass and 2times of toughened glass which explains why it is hardly
broken.
Fire retardant:Through national GB8624-97 test,their
fire retardant is regardded as Grade B without fire drop or poisonous
gas.
Temperature resistance:They will not deformed under
temperature from -40°C to 120°C.
Portability:It is light which makes it easily handled
and drilled.When cut for installation,they are hardly cracked .Besides
that,they can be cold bent directly,convenient for constuction and
procession.
Sound Insulation:With good sound insulation effect,It
is the best materials for sound-insulation walls on expressways
worldwide.

| Notes
for PC sheet:
·Keep PC panels away from wet cement surface or any acid
of base materials.
·Keep PC panels away from any organic solvent or any glue
or paint composing of organic solvent.
·Keep frame clean and jointing groove flat and smooth.
·Choose right thickness of PC panels,allow flexure radius.
·Remain space for expanding,pay attention to inserting depth.
·Use neutral glass cement and right gasket. Never use gasket
of PVC material.
·Use electrical tools(tungsten carbide saw)to cut;During
cutting,stabilize PC panels to prevent their vibration and never
pill off protective film.
·In case that marks have to be made before cutting,try to
mark on protective film;If the marks must be made directly on PC
panels,use wax crayon instead of any sharp tool to mark.
·Never pill off protective films until installation is completed.
