integrates the anti-ultraviolet agent UV and other chemical raw
materials,and is made under the most advanced technology at present.
As benzotriazole UV absorbent is added in,this
product has the excellent stability,and is difficult to become yellow
and to bad.Bacause it has the high UV absorption ability within
UV spectrum range(290-400nm),It is proved by experiment that up
to 99.5% of UV can be effectively insulated.

The application

Notes
for UV-PC transparent corrugated roofing sheet:
1、Never contact the surface with undried cement
or acid or alkali material.
2、Never contact the organic solution and glue or paint consisting
the organic solution.
Properties
of UV-PC transparent corrugated roofing sheet:
• Light transmission:Light transmitting
rate or 85%,and fine light transmission.
• Weather resistance:With anti-UV anti-weather treatment on
the surface,it can prevent the resin from fatigue and yellowing
cause by UV.The anti-UV agent on the surface can change the UV absorbed
by chemical bond into visible light,and finely stabilize the photosynthesis
of plants.
• Impact resistance:With the strength as 10 times of the ordinary
glass,3-5 times as the ordinary foofing sheet, and twice of toughened
glass,it has little risk of breakage.
• Fire retardant:Fire retardency is up to B2 level(based on
the National GB8625-88 test. without flame or toxic gas).
•Burning resistance:Without poor quality due to deformation
within the temperature range from-40°C to +120°C.
• Portability:Light weight,easy handling and drilling,uneasy
breakage in cutting installation,simple construction and fine treatment.
The
installation rules of UV-PC transparent corrugated roofing sheet:
• For the sheet 1.0mmthick,the span of
purline is suggested to be≦1000mm;
• For the sheet 1.0mmthick,the span of purline is suggested
to be≦1200mm;
• For the sheet 1.0mmthick,the span of purline is suggested
to be ≦1500mm;
• When PC roofing sheet is used for natural lighting,it is
suggested the PC roofing sheet is lapped under the colorful steel
roof.If use self tapping screw for fixing,the hole must be pre-drilled,the
aperture should be larger than the diamenter of the screw,it is
suggested to use roof hook for fixing.Do not tighten the screw strongly,otherwise
stress will arise,and local crack on the sheet surface will appear. |
